Automatic Capsule Counting & Filling Machine is suitable for plastic and glass bottles. It is widely applied for capsule counting for small scale production in Pharmaceutical, Neutraceuticals, Cosmetics, Herbal and Ayurvedic industries. This machine is offered in output capacities ranging from 60 to 150 bottles per minute.
Tablet / Capsule Counting & Filling Machine performs the dual operation of counting Capsules/Tablets for Containers/Bottles and filling them as per set quantity parameter. This can be used for commercial purpose as capsule counter and filling machine or as a lab scale capsule counter & filler machine.
The machine is designed as per GMP standards and consists of Stainless Steel frame structure with Stainless Steel contact parts.
Integrated with the filler, under the hopper is the vacuum system that provides a dust free passage of stocks to the containers. The system also gives efficient and smooth running of the disc when uncoated tablets are counted.

- The machine is provided with adjustable filler which can be elevated from 20 to 25 degrees, to facilitate entry of the products into the disc holes.
- The machine is fitted with superior quality delivery chutes which direct the product from the counting disc into the stainless-steel filler tubes of various sizes, to suit different containers, suitable to work on 3 phase ac, 1 HP motor, 1440 rpm with variable speed drive.
